Aermont Capital buys East of England logistics hub for £100 million
Aermont Capital, the European asset manager, has bought Bedford Commercial Park in Bedfordshire in the east of England for £100 million.
In March, Goodman Group initiated the sale of the park via Kimmre seeking offers in excess of £98 million. A £100 million price reflects a net initial yield of 4%.
Bedford Commercial Park comprises 659,409 square feet, fully let to Comline Group, Amazon and Expeditors and spread across four major warehouses. It generates total annual rents of £4,957,715 a year.
Kimmre advised Goodman Group, while Index Real Estate represented Aermont Capital.
